Designed and balanced new gameplay features and mechanics that drove player engagement and retention across multiple game updates.
- Game design documentation
Created detailed GDDs covering mechanics, economy, progression systems, and technical specifications — used as the primary reference by the development team.
- Cross-functional collaboration
Worked closely with developers, artists, and QA to ensure features were delivered on time and matched the design vision.

- Product lifecycle
Managed the full product lifecycle for F2P games — from feature ideation and roadmap planning to release coordination and post-launch optimization.

Designed and launched in-game events and features that increased player engagement and monetization KPIs.
