My journey into the digital world began during my history studies at the Jagiellonian University, where I discovered a fascination with the then-emerging field of internet marketing and SEO. This passion shaped the course of my further education — I completed postgraduate studies in internet marketing at AGH University of Science and Technology and professional Google Ads training at Deva Group. The early years of my career were devoted to my own startup projects and to optimising external client websites, running Google Ads campaigns, and creating e-mail marketing campaigns.
I then moved into the free-to-play gaming industry, where I worked as a designer and managed growth projects with tens of thousands of active users — from feature design, roadmap planning, and backlog prioritisation, through coordinating development teams, to data analysis and KPI optimisation. While working in game dev, I became increasingly interested in programming and, when the timing was right, clearly changed the direction of my work. I moved away from games and returned to the world of web development while building technical skills. My stack came to include JavaScript, React, TypeScript, Next.js, and Astro.
We live in times of constant change, exemplified by the emergence of generative language models (LLMs). I have integrated Claude Code, ChatGPT, and Gemini into my workflow, using them as a lever that amplifies existing skills and experience. To deepen my hands-on practice with AI tools, I completed the Skills of Tomorrow AI course by Google and SGH.
Today I combine both perspectives. On the one hand, as a project manager I understand the product delivery process, and as a developer I can assess feasibility, estimate tasks, and communicate with technical teams effectively.
